Custom wig making and hairpieces are not an instant process. Handmade and individually crafted wigs take time to produce and are a long term investment. Wigs can range from being fully ventilated, where each hair is hand knotted into a swiss lace custom fit base through to minor or partial ventilation combined with wefts.
If you decide a handcrafted wig is for you, you will be invited to a consultation and quote which can be done via video or if location is suitable in person. Here we will discuss style, length, colour and hair texture. We match your hair as closely as possible, and sometimes a small sample of you own hair is needed to keep on file during the manufacturing process for our reference.
Once you decide on what kind of wig or hair piece you would like we work through the process of head measurements, which we can do together via video, or if location permits you will be booked for a head mould and measuring session. Based on your custom measurements, your custom made Swiss lace base will be hand made. We ensure you swiss lace base is perfectly fitted prior to the actual hair wefting or ventilating process starts to ensure you have the exact fit you need.
Once the wig or piece is finished your completed wig is carefully packaged and sent to you where you can take to your preferred stylist for final styling or if you prefer, the final fitting is booked and is styled to completion.
We request a deposit of 50% prior to manufacture which is nonrefundable as our wigs are individually handcrafted and we will not on-sell them.
